The Robot 360 Vacuum is so good that I own 2 of them! One for upstairs and one for downstairs. I have 2 different models, as my second floor is only carpet and I did not require a mop feature. The one for downstairs has a big enough water tank to vacuum and mop my downstairs for about 2500 square feet. The best feature is using it with the app. Because I can specialize my settings. For example, low, medium, and high options for the vacuum and low, medium, and high moisture for the mop feature. I'm completely sold on these machines. And I highly recommend them if you like clean floors. I love to walk barefoot. So I use the machine daily by telling it which room or rooms to clean. You can set it to just vacuum only or both vacuum and mop.Another great thing about owning these machines is that the customer service is awesome! Any small issue or question I've had was addressed within 24 hours. The only issue I've had this far was making sure to apply the updates as necessary. This is simply done using the app and takes maybe 5 minutes. Purchase this product and make your life easy, knocking vacuuming and mopping off your chore list. My husband also loves it. It's been super helpful in maintains a dust free home. We all have allergies. We have small kids that like to drop crumbs. It's been super handy for that too.This is a great vacuum. I love the different suction modes, including a quiet mode. And customer service was great when I reached out to them. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.Vacuum works great and is very easy to use.What a deal on this vacuum mop the price is very competitive. The customer service team is top notch. The Robot is so efficient and easy to operate. This little robot is a life saver for me. No way could i get that much moping and vacuuming done myself.To start with I've owned 3 different Roombas in the past and all of them had very small waste bins and their battery life was very poor.The 360 has a nice large waste bin and performs well with the remote. My big problem is that it won't sync to the app on my phone.I went to their website to find a fix and to look for extra mopping pads, rehab kit (to replace brush roll andfilters) and replacement battery. I've found in the past that it's best to get those items up front before a companydiscontinues an item and then they no longer carry what you need. Well guess what folks, there wasn't anything listed for the C50 model, though they had such items for other models., My next step was to try to contact their customer support by the email listed on their website. I've sent my email to them 2X's now in 2 weeks and sill no response from them not even an automated one.. This tells me I won't be able to use all the great features they advertised, which is one of the reasons I purchased this item. BE AWARE THAT THIS WILL ONLY SYNC TO YOUR PHONE IF YOUR PHONE USES 2.4G NOT 5G. I'm still looking for a workaround but not holding my breath.Obviously their customer service is non existent!!!Now to review the mopping attachment. It works fine for small area touch ups but don't plan on usingit for your main deep cleaning as it puts out most of the water in the first couple of swipes and after thatit doesn't have enough moisture to clean thoroughly. My 3 stars is mostly based on their lack of customer service!Works great and does a fantastic jobGood price for the excellent product. Really usefulI love this vacuum, it is affordable compared to other brands and has great suction, it has being cleaning my hard floors and carpets very well, i run it in the morning and at night and is a great help, and the battery last for all my house.Encantada con el robot. Limpia muy bien. Pasé la función de aspiradora primero y dejó el piso sin polvo. Recoge cabello, pelusas, etc. Limpia debajo de los muebles que tienen la altura para que pueda pasar. Luego pasé la función con la mopa y trapeó el piso dejándolo muy limpio. Es una ayuda extraordinaria. Despejando todo te limpia hasta los rincones. Si hay muebles muy juntos por ahí no puede pasar. Pero ya esas partes se limpian aparte. Pienso que me ha liberado de la tarea de barrer y trapear. Muy contentos con el robot.Tengo un Xiaomi Mi robot y un roomba 610 y ninguno me ha dado problemas durante los 4 años que los he tenido (el Xiaomi lo he tenido por poco más de 3). Quise cambiar a algo que además trapeara y convencí a mi vecina para comprar uno también ya que me pidió mi opinión. Me llamó la atención la capacidad de succión (2500 BPA) que supera a los que tengo. No noté diferencia. A los 4 días se le dañó el motor de una de las ruedas de arrastre del mío y a mi vecina a los 5 días a mi vecina le falló el motor del cepillo barredor. Soy técnico en electrónica y el daño era tan evidente que ni siquiera me molesté en revisar a fondo el equipo -dos fallas diferentes en menos de una semana- devolvimos los productos por inservibles.
